4/4 German violin "Antonius Stradivarius" (c.1960)

This vintage 4/4 size violin was made in West Germany c.1960. It contains a copy of an Antonius Stradivarius label. Masterfully made and beautifully antiqued, this is a standout of a violin. The well-projecting tone possesses bravura and warmth, and responds with immediacy. It has been fitted with Pirastro Obligato strings. Ideally suited to an intermediate or advanced level player.
